In this month, there has been a significant decrease in the prices of Pertamax Series and Dex Series. The new prices will be effective starting from October 1, 2024.

Heppy Wulansari, the Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, stated that the adjustment of non-subsidized fuel prices is done periodically, following the average oil price trends that are published.

The reference used in evaluating these prices is the Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS) or Argus, while also taking into account the exchange rate of the Indonesian Rupiah against the US Dollar.

"Evaluation and adjustment of non-subsidized fuel prices are done routinely," said Heppy in an official statement released on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. "Prices can remain the same, increase, or even decrease, depending on the global oil price trends and the exchange rate of the Rupiah. This October, all non-subsidized fuel prices from Pertamina experienced a decrease," she added.

For your information, the price of Pertamax Turbo (RON 98) has now been adjusted to Rp 13,250 per liter, a decrease of Rp 1,125. Pertamax Green (RON 95) has decreased to Rp 12,700 per liter, a decrease of Rp 950, and Pertamax (RON 92) is now Rp 12,100 per liter, a decrease of Rp 850.

As for Dexlite (CN 51), the new price is Rp 12,700 per liter, a decrease of Rp 1,350.

The largest price decrease occurred in Pertamina Dex (CN 53), which decreased by Rp 1,400, from the previous price of Rp 14,550 to Rp 13,150 per liter. These prices apply in regions with a 5% motor vehicle fuel tax, such as in DKI Jakarta.

"We remain committed to providing quality products at competitive prices throughout Indonesia," said Heppy.
