AION Lifetime Battery Warranty Program Only Given to the First 1,000 Buyers!!

Aion Indonesia introduces electric cars by offering a lifetime warranty for three main components: battery, motor, and electronic control. The lifetime battery warranty is a key attraction for consumers considering switching to electric vehicles.

By offering long-term protection guarantees and reliable quality products, Aion provides additional comfort to users. However, this lifetime warranty only applies to the first 1,000 buyers of the Aion Y Plus, Aion ES, and Hyptec HT models.

Furthermore, all Aion electric vehicles come with an 8-year or 160,000 km vehicle warranty, whichever comes first. Each purchase also includes a free 7 kW wall charger.

Andry Ciu, CEO of Aion Indonesia, explains that the lifetime battery warranty is only valid when the car is still owned by the first owner. This warranty also requires the owner to perform regular servicing at authorized service centers.

"The lifetime warranty is valid as long as the car is used by the first owner. If the car is sold, the warranty will revert to the original terms," said Andry in Bandung on September 26, 2024. "The original warranty is for 8 years. If the car has been used for 4 years, the second buyer will only receive the remaining 4 years of warranty. However, if the car has been used for 8 years, the lifetime warranty will automatically expire," he explained.
